If you lose your mobile, the last thing you should worry about is your imaginBank app, because you'll always be protected by your password, so no one can enter your account and, moreover, you can continue making purchases with your Visa imagin and using CaixaBank ATMs to make transactions you need to.
What happens if I lose my Visa imagin?
If you lost your card or you think it may have been stolen, for security reasons you should block it as soon as possible by calling the free line 900 211 211 (or 938 87 25 25 if you are calling from abroad). This line will be open from 8am to 8pm, excluding national bank holidays. You can also contact us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year via WhatsApp on 606 428 673.
If you want, while on the line, you can request a new card, which will be sent to your home address in a few days time.
We recommend you take these simple measures to prevent any possible fraud:
- Close the session when you finish using the imaginBank app, by pressing "Exit".
